LSP2: National-wide cooperative remotely controlled HPP
PHOENIX LSP2 will be provided by PPC at distributed RES generation level. LSP2 will feature 3 Hydroelectric Power Plants (HPPs) located in Northern Greece. The three HPPs have started operations in 2014 as part of PPC’s investment plan towards replacing fossil fuel power production with RES and are utilized with turbines, generators, electrical power and control systems, power transformer interconnected to a single control centre.
