PHOENIX EPES Cybersecurity Large-Scale Pilots – Dissemination at Enlit Europe 2021

PHOENIX project will also be present at this year’s Enlit Europe from 30 November to 2 December 2021 in Milan, Italy. It is one of Europe’s largest exhibition addressing energy-related issues. We will use this opportunity to disseminate the latest findings and project results in front of a large audience of relevant stakeholders and raise awareness for cybersecurity and the challenges ahead.

Enlit Europe – formerly known as European Utility Week and POWERGEN Europe – is one of Europe’s largest exhibition addressing energy-related issues. As one of Europe’s largest exhibitions about Energy-related issues, it allows all key players from corporates to consumers, investors to entrepreneurs, and engineers to activists to come together to make the energy transition happen. To facilitate the energy transition and achieve the climate goals, today’s energy systems must reinvent themselves. This includes the digitalization of energy supply under the condition of keeping the supply chain secure and reliable. However, the increasing penetration of information and communications technology also comes at the price of exposing our critical infrastructure, the backbone of our economy and society, to cyberattacks.

PHOENIX project will also be present at this year’s event (thanks to RWTH Aachen and AALTO University) from 30 November to 2 December 2021 in Milan, Italy. We will use this three-day live event to disseminate the latest findings and project results to a large audience of relevant stakeholders in the energy supply value chain from industry, regulation, academia, and many more. Aside from technical solutions, it is vital to raise awareness for the emerging challenges and threats that we face to make our energy system more resilient and secure. Furthermore, we are excited to obtain direct feedback to further improve and address the actual needs of all involved parties, to share ideas and thought that can help to secure Europe’s energy systems.

You can find additional info in the EU project zone on the event website, where we will also publish additional material related to our participation.
